Used the online portal to place the order for Mother’s Day flowers and also a little treat filled giant mug. It seems the delivery contractor misplaced the treat but within hours it was also delivered. I appreciate how hectic Mother’s Day is and as a business owner this minor glitch was handled efficiently and with grace. This is my second time ordering here since Thoms closed shop and flowers arrangements have been beautiful and bountiful.
Good service has been dwindling and unrealistic customer expectations has been growing. Running a small business is more challenging than when I started 30 years ago , so great job and thank you to the owners and staff.

We chose the Designers Choice arrangement. It was simply beautiful. It brought colour and immense delight to the recipient. The work of the florist who designed it was top notch.

I have been getting my flowers for funerals from your flower shop (Lotheringtons) for the past 3 years and I have always been pleased with the flowers and the staff are the best. They are very accommodating and a lot of times my orders are last minute.

Package arrives exactly as advertised and the deluxe comes with some top quality products. Only thing I didn't like was that there was no card option for Easter, and the cards that came on the packages I got were just standard printers paper. Other than those 2 things, top notch.

Ordered the Premium Fruit and Treat basket by Lotherington's online, as I live in Ontario. Ordered on Mar 19th and was delivered to the recipients in Sydney the morning of Mar 20th. Very impressed with the delivery time. I wasn't sure it would show up the next day as I didn't order until lunch time on the 19th. The recipients were very impressed with the variety and quality of what was included. Lots of fruit, cheese and snacks. Overall a great experience! A nice alternative to flowers.
